Working with athletes on their personal voice has become a part of my career that I never knew could exist when I first started out.

Helping them write captions, providing photo and video content, assisting in the production and promotion of an Instagram Live show or a charitable cause close to their heart, and lending general knowledge about the ins and outs of social media and content creation over the years has unlocked a side of my brain that I didn’t know was there.

For people in the public eye, the idea of showing up on social (however that may look) can be a terrifying prospect. Being a source of knowledge, calm, and security is something I take pride in whenever I am called upon or asked to step in to lend a helping hand.
